what should i do?

  • Think before you send. Get your friends’ permission before taking pictures of them, and especially before sending pictures to someone else or to the Internet.
  • Remember that as soon as you have sent them, you can’t control where they end up. Children have got into difficulties in this way - in a recent case in Europe, for example, four secondary school pupils were suspended for using mobile phones to pass round a pornographic picture of a schoolgirl.
